To help you get answers instantly without waiting for human support, we have deployed a custom AI assistant directly inside our Discord server. It is trained on this exact documentation and can answer technical or strategic questions in seconds.

How to Use the Bot

The /ask Command

This is the primary way to interact with the Vidrush knowledge base.

• Syntax: Type /ask [your question] in the message bar.
• Example: /ask What is the item limit for a 10-minute listicle?
• The Result: The bot will analyze your question, search our documentation, and provide a direct answer with sources.

Privacy & Channels

• Public Channels: If you use /ask in public channels like #ask-to-ai, both your question and the answer will be visible to everyone. This is great for helping the community learn.
• Private/DM: You can use the command in a private interaction with the bot to get answers without cluttering the main chat.

Best Practices

• Be Specific: Instead of asking “How does it work?”, ask “How do I use the Custom Script feature?”
• Check First: We recommend using the /ask command before opening a support ticket. It solves about 90% of common queries instantly (e.g., pricing, video length, error codes).
