Updating Your Plan

You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time from your account settings.

How to change your plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing & Subscription  in the left sidebar. You'll see your current plan name, next renewal date, credit balance, and upcoming payment.
  2. Important
If Pay-As-You-Go is enabled, turn it off first. Scroll to the Pay-As-You-Go section, toggle the switch off, and click Save Changes. The system will not allow plan changes while PAYG is active.
  3. Click Manage Billing in the top-right corner. You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure Billing Portal, where you can review your current plan, payment method, and invoice history.
  4. In the Billing Portal, click Update Subscription (the purple button in the top-right).
  5. Select your new plan. You can upgrade or downgrade. Click Continue to proceed.
  6. Review the new plan details, pricing, and any prorated amount. Click Confirm → Subscribe and Pay to finalize.

When changes take effect

Changes take effect immediately on upgrades. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Switching to yearly billing

Yearly plans save 20% compared to monthly billing. Credits still renew monthly. You’re not waiting a full year for your allocation. The savings come from the discounted annual rate.

To switch: follow the steps above and select the yearly version of your desired plan.
