Refund Policy
VidRush processes refunds for verified technical failures. The platform does not offer refunds for creative outcomes, personal preferences, or results caused by prompting choices.
What qualifies for a refund
Refunds are issued when a video is affected by a genuine system-level failure: no footage throughout the video for a long time, corrupted or unplayable output files, complete audio silence where narration should exist, or even complete audio corruption.
If a significant portion of your video has technical failures that make it unusable, reach out through the Crisp chat widget with your Video ID and a description of the issue.
What does not qualify
VidRush is designed as an 80% production solution. Small imperfections are expected and can usually be fixed in the editor.
Refunds are not issued for: scripts you didn’t like or found too generic (improve your prompt or use a Custom Script), a few mismatched B-roll clips in an otherwise complete video (replace them in the editor), voice tone you didn’t enjoy (test voices on shorter videos first), low footage availability warnings you chose to ignore, videos that came out shorter or longer than expected, or creative results that didn’t match your expectations. (If the video is much longer than expected, then it’s okay.)
This is consistent with how other AI generation platforms handle output. You’re paying for processing and compute resources, not a guaranteed creative result.
The editor is your fix
Try the editor first
Before requesting a refund, check whether the issue can be resolved in the Video Editor. You can replace footage, swap audio, adjust timing, and fix most small problems. Re-rendering after edits costs approximately 10% of the original credit cost, far cheaper than a full regeneration.
How to request a refund
Open a ticket through the Crisp chat widget inside the app. Include your Video ID and a clear description of the technical issue. The support team will investigate and respond, typically within a few hours. Frequent refund requests for non-technical issues may result in account review.
