Dashboard

When you log in to VidRush, you land on a clean, dark interface with one question at the center:

“What would you like to create today?”

That prompt field is where every video begins. Type your idea, paste a script with the Plus Icon, or describe the story you want to tell and VidRush handles the rest.

Here’s a quick orientation so you know where everything lives.

The Prompt Field

The large input at the center of your screen is your starting point. This is where you enter your video idea, topic outline, or full custom script or even a full Voice Over File. Once you’ve selected the right Format and Duration (Not available in Custom Voice or Script), hit the arrow button to start generation.

You don’t need to overthink this on your first try. A clear topic summary works. You can refine your prompting approach over time. For guidance on writing effective prompts, see Prompting or the full In-Depth Prompting Guide.

Your primary navigation lives here. Everything you need to manage your account and projects is accessible in one place.

Projects: View all your videos in one list: currently processing, ready to edit, or saved as drafts. Click any project to jump straight into the editor or check its status. You can also use the Search bar to look for a Project.

Feedback: Post Feedback, Ideas and Bugs you encounter on VidRush.

Billing & Subscription: See your current plan, credit balance, next payment date and credit renewal schedule. You can also toggle Pay-As-You-Go on or off here, including setting a monthly spend cap so you stay in control of costs.

Settings: Team & Seats: Manage your account details, team seats, and preferences.

Top Right: Workspaces

If you’re working solo, you’ll see your Personal Workspace selected by default. If you’re part of a team, use the dropdown in the top-right corner to switch between workspaces.

From this same menu, you can create a new team workspace or manage members in an existing one. Team members share the workspace’s project list and credits, so everyone stays on the same page.

For more on setting up teams, see Team Seats & Workspace Access.
