Community & Updates

VidRush is built in close collaboration with its creator community. Here’s where to go for support, feedback, learning, and staying current.

In-app support (Crisp chat)

For account issues, billing questions, technical problems, or anything that needs hands-on help, use the Crisp chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the app at app.vidrush.ai . This is the fastest and most reliable way to reach the support team.

Response times are typically within a few hours. Complex requests involving manual permissions or account investigation may take up to 48 hours.

→ Always use Crisp for direct support requests, not Discord DMs.

Discord community

The VidRush Discord  is the central hub for everything beyond direct support.

What you’ll find there:

  • #announcements: New features, updates, and platform changes are posted here first, often before they’re reflected in the documentation.
  • Voice recommendations: Community-curated lists of “Golden Voices” (stable, natural-sounding) and voices to avoid. Always check before committing to a long render.
  • Niche ideas and strategy: See what niches other creators are testing, what’s performing, and what to avoid.
  • Bug reports: Report issues and see known bugs being tracked.

AI assistant in Discord

VidRush has deployed a custom AI assistant directly in the Discord server, trained on this documentation. Before opening a support ticket, try the /ask command. It solves about 90% of common queries instantly.

Type /ask followed by your question (e.g., “/ask What is the item limit for a 10-minute listicle?”) and the bot will search the docs and respond with an answer. You can use it in public channels like #ask-to-AI, or in a private DM with the bot.

Feedback & Roadmap

VidRush maintains a public feedback board where you can submit ideas, report bugs, and vote on feature requests. Access it from the Feedback section in the left sidebar of the app. The team actively reviews submissions. Features with strong community support get prioritized on the development roadmap.

To submit feedback, open the Feedback section in the left sidebar, click + Feedback, and categorize your post as either a Feature Request (for new capabilities) or Other (for general improvements or observations).

You can track the status of every request on the Roadmap tab: items move through In Review (being evaluated, vote to boost priority), Planned (confirmed for a future update), In Progress (currently being built), and Completed (live in the app). The Changelog tab shows a history of recent updates, fixes, and shipped features.
